Wir lieben Herausforderungen und optimieren so stetig unsere digitalen Produkte. Beim Entwickeln stecken wir unser Herzblut in das Produkt und arbeiten nicht nur eine Liste von Anforderungen ab.
Aktuell basiert ein Großteil unseres Stacks auf Node.js, ein wenig Python sowie Haxe. Zukünftig wollen wir aber unser Python-Repertoire stärker sowie bedarfsgerecht ausbauen.

Deine Rolle

Als Backend Entwickler (m/w/d) gestaltest und optimierst du Backend-Funktionalitäten unserer Multi-Channel und Multi-Tenant E-Commerce Lösung
Hierfür nimmst du Anforderungen entlang der Customer Journey auf, analysierst diese und setzt deine gewonnenen Erkenntnisse in die Tat um
Du erarbeitest performante APIs, (Micro-)Services und Data-Pipelines
Bei Bedarf erweiterst du unseren Code mit teils automatisierten Tests
Zudem erschließt du neue Themen, probierst Technologien aus und vertiefst dein erworbenes Wissen

Dein Profil

Deine Faszination für die Konzeption und Entwicklung hochwertiger Software zeichnet dich aus
Know-how in Framework gestützter Backendentwicklung mit modernen Servertechnologien wie Java, Go, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, SQL bringst du mit
Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von RESTful- oder GraphQL-APIs
Zudem besitzt du Kenntnisse mit relationalen SQL- und dokumentenbasierten NoSQL Datenbanken wie ELK, Postgres oder CouchDB
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

Intro

As a digital e-commerce company, development is of central interest to us. For our spare parts store Retromotion.com as well as for our data and interface based infrastructure, our technology team is at the heart of all activities.

They love challenges and optimize our digital products continually. During development, we put our heart and soul into the product and don't just work through a list of requirements.
Currently, most of our stack is based on Node.js, some Python and Haxe. In the future, we plan to expand our Python programming stack more.

In our agile setting, you will actively participate in building our team and company. So be part of it and let's grow together!

Your mission

As a backend developer (m/f/d) you design and optimize backend functionalities of our multi-channel and multi-tenant e-commerce solution
For this you will take requirements along the customer journey, analyze them and put your knowledge into action
You develop performant APIs, (micro-)services and pipelines
If required, you extend our code with partly automated tests
You also explore new topics, try out technologies and improve the knowledge you have obtained

Your profile

You are passionate about the creation and development of high quality software
You have know-how in framework-supported backend development with modern server technologies like Java, Go, Node.js, TypeScript, Python and SQL
You already have experience in developing RESTful or GraphQL APIs
You also have knowledge of relational SQL and document-based NoSQL databases such as ELK, Postgres or CouchDB
Very good German and English skills complete your profile
